WHY FORGENATOR?

“Forgenator” was chosen not only as the name for this site but also as a powerful symbol for my brand and my first game. The name embodies the essence of crafting and innovation, reflecting the dedication to creating impactful and engaging digital experiences. As the brand name for my company, “Forgenator” represents the same spirit of precision, creativity, and quality that went into developing my first game. This brand captures the commitment to forging unique, high-quality products that leave a lasting impression, whether in gaming or digital solutions for clients.

EXPERIENCE

Employer: TECLA – PlaySTUDIOS

Functions:

  • I worked as an iOS, Android, and Unity developer, responsible for building and maintaining a cross-platform SDK in Swift and Kotlin, which was distributed across multiple games. Additionally, I contributed to the development of a Unity C# wrapper, which packaged the SDK for easy integration into Unity-based projects.
  • I led efforts to implement Gitflow within the company, streamlining the development process and ensuring more efficient collaboration. I also had co-coding sessions, acting as a liaison between teams to integrate the SDK into popular games like Tetris, Solitaire, PopSlots, myVEGAS Slots, and others.

Employer: Bradesco Bank

Functions:

  • I act as technical leader of the iOS team for developing new projects for the individual application, planning and developing projects and guiding the iOS team.
  • I worked as a developer on the web part that exists within the Bradesco application for individuals. The technologies used were Java, Struts and a proprietary java framework like Java Server Faces.
  • I worked as a developer on the native part of the Bradesco app for individuals, both on Android with java and Kotlin and on iOS with swift.
  • I worked as Devops, helping to manage the source code of the git repository and applying the concepts of git flow.
  • I also worked as Devops to automate the application build and delivery process internally, programming scripts in Jenkins and integrating it with the git repository.

Indie Game dev: Forgenator

Functions:

  • I worked during my free time to create a whole indie game, all by myself. The game Forgenator was released for Steam and Google Play.

Technologies: Unity, Aseprite, Audacity, C#, Visual Studio.

Employer: MSI Solutions

Functions:

  • I worked as a developer to create an ERP that could run on any platform, both web, desktop and mobile, based on the ERP that the company already had in Delphi. The technologies used in the front-end of the created system were: Cordova, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery. For the back-end, Java was used with RESTful web-services.
  • I worked as a web developer to create and configure the company’s website in WordPress.
  • I worked as Devops to create and configure the servers and databases on amazon web services so that they could run both the ERP and the company website.
  • I worked with the SEO of the company’s website.

Functions:

  • I worked as a teacher for face-to-face classes of between 5 and 25 students using the technologies below during the evenings and weekends.

  • I worked as a third-party developer for HSBC Bank.
  • I worked with java web in the bank’s internal system.
  • I also worked with shell script to manage data and logs on Linux servers.

Functions:

  • I worked as a developer on the company’s java web ERP. The Java system was being created using the Cold Fusion Framework so that it was a web version of the system that had already been developed in Delphi.
